Booking a photographer can be a daunting task.

It takes a lot of time, energy, and resources to find that perfect photographer to capture your wedding day. There are so many photographers out there—it can be scary and overwhelming just getting started. I know the feeling, I’ve totally been there!

That’s why I’ve created a breakdown of the booking process. By taking the unknown out of the equation, I hope you can focus your time and energy on the other aspects of planning your big day.

Step One: Do You Like My Work?
Get to know me. Browse through my galleries and spend time reading my blogs.

My style is soft, romantic and authentic. I create a relaxed and enjoyable experience so I can capture the real, raw, and meaningful moments of your wedding day. I aim to capture the bonds, emotions, and moments that can’t be re-lived or replaced.

Step Two: Get In Touch!
I’m so glad you like my work! If you feel like I could be a good fit, please jump over to my contact page or send me a message. I’ll respond as quickly as I can to let you know if I’m available for your wedding and send you the entire pricing guide for review.

Step Three: Let’s Meet!
I feel the best way to get to know each other is to actually meet (preferably over coffee—my treat!). This initial meeting is one of the most critical ingredients to help me successfully capture your day. We’ll discuss the flow of events, talk about details that are important to you and your fiancé, and make sure you have exactly what you’re looking for in your wedding photographs. I’ll also bring sample albums for you to look over and enjoy. Your personal albums will become instant heirlooms, crafted of the highest-quality archival paper that you and your family will be able to treasure for years to come.

Step Four: Decide To Work With Me!
I promise you won’t regret it! I’ll be there every step of the way to help with your planning and make the process go as smooth as possible.

Step Five: Booking and Beyond!
I limit my availability to a select number of weddings each year to ensure that each couple I work with is well taken care of.

All dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. I’m unable to hold dates until I receive both a signed contract and $500 retainer fee. Once I have those two things in hand, you’re officially booked! Yay!!
