Lizzie + Lex’s Milwaukee engagement session was an absolute dream! From a sentimental lakeside location to the stunning architecture of downtown Milwaukee, every moment was filled with love, laughter, and even a little cake!! 🎂💍

We started their Milwaukee engagement session at McKinley Marina, which was extra special because it’s where Lex proposed! The lake, the boats, and the golden light made for the perfect romantic setting! Lizzie wore a beautiful, colorful dress, which popped so perfectly against the soft blues of the water and sky. And of course, their sweet pup Luna joined in for a few portraits! She was the cutest little model, stealing the show (as all good pups do)! 🐾✨

After soaking up all the marina magic, we made our way to the Milwaukee Federal Building for a more classic, city-chic vibe! Lizzie changed into an elegant white dress with a bow, and it was the perfect outfit choice for these sophisticated downtown portraits! 🤍 The grand architecture of the Federal Building gave such a timeless feel, and Lex couldn’t take his eyes off his beautiful bride-to-be!!

And we can’t forget the cake moment!!! Since Lex LOVES cake, they brought along a heart-shaped cake with their wedding date on it, and they shared a few bites together! Talk about the sweetest (literally!) way to celebrate their engagement!! I love when couples incorporate personal touches like this—it makes the session so uniquely them!

We ended the evening with some dreamy street photos with The Pfister Hotel in the background. ✨ The mix of city lights and classic Milwaukee charm made for the perfect grand finale to their Milwaukee engagement session! I just love how effortlessly in love these two are—it radiates in every single photo!!

And the best part? Lizzie + Lex tied the knot this past May at The George, Milwaukee’s stunning new venue! I cannot wait to share more from their wedding day soon!! Stay tuned, because it was absolutely incredible!
