Jenna and Jordan’s love story began with a simple game of Bunko. Every month, Jenna’s Mom played bunko with a group of her friends. At one of the game nights, her mom and friend chatted about setting Jenna up with her friend’s co-worker. Jenna was a bit reluctant at first, but agreed to get set up with Jordan. After their first date they were inseparable! Five years later, they spent the day at Disney, ate at their favorite restaurant and had a bottle of their favorite Champagne when Jordan popped the question!
They own a pageant company together called Petite USA created for ladies 5’6 or less in height. As a former pageant queen herself, Jenna has always loved the glitz and glamor that goes with being in pageants. Their wedding had that same “glitz and glamor” vibe with bright colored florals, dresses, and decor, the gold detail in their cake and table settings, and the high-end experience they provided to their guests. The wedding was perfectly “them” and included the people they cared about the most.
A Glitz and Glamor Wedding At Kimpton Journeyman | Milwaukee Wedding Photographer
Jenna stunned in a fitted wedding dress by Martina Liana, bright fuschia shoes by Christian Louboutin, and a long beaded veil. Her three bridesmaids wore bright pink dresses designed by Jessica Angel. Jordan and his groomsmen (who all happened to be his brothers) dressed to the nines in tuxes from the Black Tux.
They were married in a small ceremony on the terrace of The Kimpton Journeyman hotel. A grand floral archway designed by Milwaukee Flower Co was a beautiful focal point for the ceremony with bright pops of fuchsia, gold, and Veuve Clicquot orange flowers. Their sweet Boston Terrier, Charlotte, adorned in a pearl collar and leash was their sweet flower girl; Jenna was walked down the aisle by her brother, and they were married by one of their good friends in a short ceremony. At the end of the ceremony, Jordan surprised Jenna with an engraved sword to open their favorite bottle of champagne with. Jordan cut the top off the bottle and they shared a sip of champagne before walking down the aisle as husband and wife!
The bride and groom opted to have an evening of heavy horderves over a traditional sit down meal. Every hour, a different set of h’orderves and treats were brought out for their guests to enjoy. The Dueling Pianos, Howl at the Moon, played various guest requests and provided for a fun night of entertainment throughout the evening.
