Say hello to Raina, a senior from Neillsville High School! When planning her session, I knew we wanted a location that would capture her love for the outdoors and her connection to FFA, and the barn and field right next to my home turned out to be the perfect spot. With the rustic charm of the barn and the wide-open field, it was a dream backdrop for Raina’s senior portraits!

Raina isn’t someone who loves being in front of the camera, so my goal was to make the experience as quick, fun, and painless as possible! We kept the session relaxed and filled with laughter, and let me just say—she absolutely nailed it! Her natural beauty, along with her love for nature, shone through in every image.

It was one of those gorgeous fall days where the golden leaves were glowing, and the crisp air added a little extra magic. Although it was a tad windy, it actually worked in our favor, giving Raina’s hair that effortless windblown look. Sometimes, nature adds its own special touch to a session!

My favorite set of images has to be the ones by the barn. There’s something so timeless and authentic about the weathered wood and the soft fall light. Raina looked stunning, and the barn backdrop really captured her personality and love for the outdoors.
