Stella’s senior session at Lake Wazee was one of those evenings that just felt easy. She’s a senior at Oshkosh West High School and such a sweet, kind soul. She was a little quiet at first, but so easy-going and fun to photograph!

July is one of my favorite times to shoot at Lake Wazee. The water is crystal clear, the weather is beautiful, and the flower fields are always glowing. We started at the beach where Stella wore a few different outfits, and of course we had to step into the water for some photos too. Her white dress in the lake was absolute perfection and gave us the dreamiest summer vibe.

As the sun started to set, we made our way to the flower field to finish the session. Stella wanted that golden sunset light in her hair — and we definitely achieved it! Those last few images of the night are still some of my favorites to share.

Stella loves traveling around Wisconsin, exploring beaches and state parks, grabbing ice cream with friends, and soaking up time with the people she loves most. She describes herself as passionate and says she can’t live without her friends — which honestly makes so much sense after spending time with her.

Stella, thank you for such a relaxed and beautiful session. I loved wandering Lake Wazee with you and capturing this season of life!
