Meet Morgan –– a senior from Greenwood High School! She’s involved in softball, volleyball, music, theater, and enjoys playing the piano, spending time at the lake, shopping and having bonfires.

Morgan describes herself as jovial, can’t live without her piano, and loves shopping at TJ Maxx, Shein, Buckle, and Nike. Her top three things on her bucket-list include travel to Italy, snowboard in Colorado, and go skydiving. After high school, Morgan plans to either go to school for either chiropractic or cosmetology.

For Morgan’s session I traveled to Greenwood to hit all of her favorite spots! We first met at her church where she wanted a few portraits with her piano and the stained glass window in the background. The only thing was this piano was up in the balcony! For the first time ever in my photography career, I climbed up on a ladder in order to capture the first few shots below! It was a bit nerve wracking, but we got some great shots!

Next, we did a few photos on the popular blue bridge in downtown Greenwood (it’s going to be torn down soon!). We then made our way to their cabin for a few photos on the dock and in the water. It was such a beautiful location for her session!

A few weeks later we met up to do a few portraits in their sunflower field. At the time of Morgan’s first session the flowers weren’t quite ready yet so we played the waiting game! It ended up raining the day prior and morning of the session, which created tons of mud in the field! We are both wearing mud boots, but you can’t tell by the images!

Thank you, Morgan, for choosing me to capture your senior portraits! Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors! Check out my favorite images from her session below!
