Now don’t be fooled– this isn’t an engagement session post! My sweet cousin, Lexi, messaged me wanting to get some beautiful photos with her handsome boyfriend, Caleb! I was thrilled to be able to do this fun summery field couples session for them! Lexi and Caleb live in Rochester, but they made the long drive to my hometown so we could do their session at a few of my favorite locations!
Lexi wore a beautiful flowy maxi dress (a must for a beach session, in my opinion) and Caleb matched in a light blue shirt and navy pants. Next, we headed back to my farmhouse for a more casual look in the grassy field for a few sunset portraits.
Fun fact: Caleb had pulled a neck muscle the day before the session and couldn’t move his head too much– it’s hard to tell, huh? He was an absolute trouper throughout the entire session and didn’t complain once!
I wish more couples would take the time to get fun portraits done! This session was an absolute joy to do! It’s a great way to have fun with your significant other, celebrate a special milestone and become closer to one another! Let’s normalize #couplesessions moving forward!
