What a literal DREAM wedding! It’s always been on my bucket list to photograph an elopement in Tuscany, Italy and it finally happened! Erica + Nick were such a dream couple to work with– they were so kind, sweet, and planned a beautiful, intimate day celebrating their love!

Borgo Petrognano, a quaint bed and breakfast set in the rolling hills outside of Tuscany, Italy, was the perfect backdrop for their vows. The couple chose a neutral color pallet for their day including varying shades of green, white, and gray. They even had their guests adorn the color pallet and had them wear white! The groom donned a handsome cream with black accent suit, while Erica stunned in a light gray gown by BHLDN.

The venue was surrounded with large olive trees and the couple utilized the olive branch in many of their details.. from the bouquet to the detail shots to the dinner table at the reception! Every little detail tied together! After the ceremony, I had to grab some romantic portraits of the couple in the olive groves — these photos were incredible and some of my absolute favorites! You can see the love between these two in each of the images! 🙂

The ceremony was held under a large arched trellis (something I had never seen before!) and little potted olive trees lined the aisle. Erica + Nick (along with the guests) were teary-eyed throughout the ceremony as they said their vows– there was so much love and excitement there for them! My favorite part of their day was when they walked down the aisle and you can see how excited they are to finally be married!
