Today I’m celebrating my husband’s 33rd birthday! It’s been 365 days since we last celebrated and so much has changed! Our home is growing even more complete, our two little boys have grown older, we’ve had career changes and career advancements, and have fallen deeper in love! Despite it all, we’ve always come out ahead.. stronger then before! Ben, you are my other half, my soul mate, and the love of my life.. You are always there to support me and push me to follow my dreams. I know you’re not a big fan of mushy love letters, but here is mine to you:

One of the biggest reasons why I fell in love with you is because you are such a hard worker. You work hard to support our family. You work hard to build us our dream home. You work hard to give our family everything we need. I love you so much for that. I love that we get to raise our family and grow old together in this home that you have spent so much time, blood, sweat and tears building. You are one of the most kind, sweet and generous people that I’ve ever met. I couldn’t ask for a better man to fall asleep next to and wake up to everyday. Thank you for making coffee and breakfast every morning, for always eating the leftovers (because you know I don’t like eating leftovers!), for starting my car on those cold winter mornings, and for bringing me a glass of wine when you know I’ve had a long day. I’m more in love with you now than I ever was before and I’m so thankful that you are in my life.

Ben, thank you for choosing me, for loving me, and for building a life and family with me. You are my inspiration, my love, my heart. I am forever grateful for you and this amazing life that we are blessed to share. Happy Birthday, my love! Love you more 🙂
